Journal:

-Things destabilized quickly. The Yuan-Ti led by their leader Raznisi went up to confront the Red Wizards at the entrance to the Tomb. With a little ‘prodding’ they started fighting each other. As soon as the numbers thinned and victory for one side was assured we rushed in and cleaned things up.

-I hit a wizard so hard it killed him and knocked him 15 feet back into another wizard who was knocked over by the flying body.

-At the end of the fight we had successfully killed Raznisi and the leader of the Red Wizards in the city. Probably making life better for everyone in the process. From their bodies we received: 2 Flametongue Scimitars, Bracers of Defence (these things are super useful to me), and a +3 Dagger.

-The wizard somehow managed to impersonate Raznisi’s voice when his sending stone activated and a voice asked how the Red Wizards were progressing. She said they were squishy.

-We now have all the puzzle cubes, and solved a puzzle to make it inside the Tomb itself.

-Once inside the Tomb, we rested. It was a fitful rest, however we didn’t see the strange figure that was in our previous dream.

-We see what appears to be Obo’laka’s sarcophagus surrounded by undead bears from the other side of a crystalline glass window. No other obvious way in, so I crack the window and we retreat down the hall. The bears come bursting through the window, but have to attack us two at a time, making things much easier for us to defeat them. However, being as large as grizzlies, it was a long and bloody fight. Really could have used some holy power around then…

-We open the sarcophagus, the bones were not quite as big as I expected a demigod to be, however there was a ring in there. The fighter took the ring and was apparently possessed by Obo’laka. Well, at the very least, Obo’laka has taken up residence in the Fighter’s head.

-Continuing on into the tomb, we find a statue that draws metal to it, and once the object touches it, it gets destroyed. Luckily I was aware quick enough to avoid losing my necklace. Almost lost my footing thanks to it though. The Wizard and I (being the only non-armored individuals, and having put our metal stuff down) checked out the little alcove next to the statue. Just a fountain with maids pouring water into it. I walked through it and lost the ability to speak for a while [ed: 8 hours].  I dropped my sling in there and it was destroyed. So we left it alone after that.

-There’s someone in here with us. No contact yet, could be good or bad.

-Continuing on to another area, I startle a disembodied head of a young princess. She attacks me. I defeat her, and open the sarcophagus to the Moa. The Fighter takes the Moa into his head again, but apparently convinced it (and the Wizard) to go into the Wizards head. We have a staff now.
